Thank you for shopping with GEEK750. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been fulfilled or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled, processed for shipment, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hellageekhellafast@gmail.com with your order number.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered fulfillment.

Returns

GEEK750 does not accept returns due to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, incorrect fitment selected by the customer, or after an order has been fulfilled unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect product was sent.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, compatibility information, motorcycle year/model fitment, colors, sizes, and other product details before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact hellageekhellafast@gmail.com promptly after delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Photos and/or video clearly showing the issue

• Photos of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping

• A description of the problem

GEEK750 may request additional photos, videos, or information to determine whether the product is defective or was damaged during transportation or installation.

If we determine that the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, GEEK750 will work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

When an approved physical return is required because the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, GEEK750 will cover the approved return shipping cost.

Do not return a product without contacting us and receiving return authorization first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Installation & Electrical Products

Certain GEEK750 products, including motorcycle headlights, taillights, lighting conversions, electrical components, and related motorcycle parts, may require specialized installation.

Professional installation by a qualified motorcycle mechanic or technician is strongly required for products where professional installation is stated or reasonably necessary.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect wiring, improper connections, modification, misuse, incorrect voltage, accidents, or installation errors is not considered a manufacturing defect.

A product that becomes damaged or nonfunctional as a result of improper installation is not eligible for a refund or replacement on the basis that the product was defective.

Customers should not attempt installation if they do not have the appropriate mechanical or electrical knowledge, tools, and experience.

Fitment

Customers are responsible for confirming that the product is compatible with their motorcycle's make, model, year, and configuration before ordering.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges and optional expedited/express shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the refund results from an error by GEEK750.

Restocking Fees

GEEK750 currently charges no restocking fee for approved returns.
